IPTV Subscription (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond promptly to any claim that content posted on the site or distributed via our network infrastructure infringes the copyright or other intellectual property infringement (“Infringement”) of any person.

1. Notice and Takedown Procedure

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized on behalf of one, and you believe that the copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement that is taking place through our service, you must submit your notice in writing to the attention of “Copyright Agent” via our Contact form or direct email.

Please include the following information in your DMCA Notice:

  • An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
  • A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL (i.e., web page address) of the location where the copyrighted work exists or a copy of the copyrighted work.
  • Identification of the URL or other specific location on our Service where the material that you claim is infringing is located.
  • Your address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

2. Disclaimer of Hosting

Please note that IPTV Subscription acts primarily as a directory and indexing service. We do not host, archive, store, or distribute media files (such as .mp4, .mkv, .avi) on our own physical web servers. All media content is pulled dynamically from third-party servers located across the internet. Therefore, while we can remove links from our directory, we cannot remove the actual media file from its host server.

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material in your content, you may send a counter-notice containing the necessary information to our Copyright Agent.
