1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Service Usage and Restrictions

Our service is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to:

• Reshare, restream, or broadcast the IPTV service provided to you without our explicit written permission (unless you are an authorized reseller).
• Use your subscription on more concurrent devices than your purchased plan allows. A standard plan allows for one active connection at a time. Violation of this will result in an automatic, temporary ban from our servers.
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or intentionally disrupt our server infrastructure.

3. Content Availability

While we strive to provide 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee the permanent availability of every single specific channel within our 50,000+ lineup. Channels are subject to change, removal, or addition without prior notice due to factors outside of our control (such as original broadcasting source issues).

4. Payments and Subscriptions

All payments are final. We do not operate on an auto-renewal basis. It is your responsibility to contact us to renew your subscription before it expires to avoid interruption of service. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect your current active subscription period.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website or the IPTV service itself, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure their internet connection is sufficient to handle streaming.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Use (e.g., restreaming our content).
